Pakistan will host three Test matches against England in October

The England cricket team will visit Pakistan for the second time in two years in October, where they will play a three-Test series in Multan, Karachi and Rawalpindi.

The English team visited Pakistan for the first time in 17 years in 2022 and won the Test series 3-0 under the leadership of Ben Stokes.

After the end of England’s home summer season on September 29 and the white-ball series once morest Australia, he will play the first Test once morest Pakistan from October 7 in Multan.

The Karachi Test will start from October 15 and the final match of the series will be played in Rawalpindi from October 24.

According to AFP, the chief executive officer of the England and Wales Cricket Board, Richard Gould, said, “We are very excited to go back to Pakistan to play three Test matches in October.”

“The last tour of Pakistan for Test matches saw some memorable matches and I am sure the fans will be looking forward to more exciting cricket in this series,” he said.

England have to play three Test matches once morest New Zealand in December, while they also have to play a limited overs series once morest West Indies in November and India next year.

On the other hand, Pakistan will start its home international season with a two-Test series once morest Bangladesh which will be played in Rawalpindi from August 21 to 25 and in Karachi from August 30 to September 3.

According to the Pakistan Cricket Board, apart from the home international matches, the Pakistan team will also tour Australia, Zimbabwe and South Africa, where they will play two Tests, nine ODIs and nine T20 international matches between November 4 and January 7.
