Pakistan Suicide Blast: Horrific suicide attack in Pakistan, 9 policemen killed, emergency declared in hospitals – balochistan constabulary personnel dead in bolan suicide blast in pakistan

Quetta: A gruesome suicide attack took place in Balochistan province of Pakistan on Monday. At least 9 people have died in this attack and more than 13 people have been injured. It is being told that this bomb attack took place in Bolan district. The local Superintendent of Police has confirmed the death of 9 policemen. He said that the blast took place on the Kabri bridge. Preliminary investigation has revealed that it was a suicide attack. However, the exact reasons for this explosion have not yet been revealed.

The police have started probing the cause of the bomb blast. The SSP said that the injured have been admitted to the local hospital. Bomb disposal squad and security forces have reached the spot. It is being told that all those killed belonged to the Balochistan Police. Police said that the attacker carried out the attack on a vehicle of the security forces. It is being told that these security personnel were returning from Sibi Mela where on the way they were blown up by a suicide bomber.

The bodies of all the dead and injured have been shifted to Sibi where they are being provided medical treatment. It is being told that the condition of many injured is very bad and the death toll may increase. Emergency has been declared in the hospitals of Quetta and Sibi. Earlier last week, six people were killed in two separate attacks, including two security personnel. In this attack, 3 people working in the coal mine were also injured. The attackers fled following the attack. Baloch rebels often target Pakistani security forces in Balochistan. They are strongly opposing China’s CPEC project.
