Pakistan has presented its stand regarding the Gaza war in the International Court of Justice

Caretaker Law Minister Ahmed Irfan Aslam has presented Pakistan’s position in the hearing of the case of Israeli occupation of Palestine in the International Court of Justice and said that Pakistan has always defended the rights of Palestinians.

Presenting Pakistan’s position in the hearing of the case against Israel’s occupation of Palestine at the International Court of Justice in The Hague, Ahmed Irfan Aslam said that this court has recognized the right of the Palestinians, freedom is the basic right of every human being. He has always defended the rights of the Palestinians and is a supporter of the Palestinian right to self-determination.

There are representatives of 52 countries and 3 human rights organizations in the court.

It should be noted that the International Court of Justice is holding public hearings at the Peace Palace in The Hague from February 19 to 26.

Pakistan’s Foreign Office announced that Law and Justice Minister Ahmed Irfan Aslam will represent Pakistan’s position at the International Court of Justice on the evening of February 23 regarding Israeli policies related to Palestine, including East Jerusalem.

During a three-hour hearing in court on Monday (February 19), seven representatives representing the Palestinians said Israel’s rule in the West Bank and East Jerusalem was illegal, accusing Israel of racism and genocide. Accused of other crimes.

On Tuesday (February 20), the South African delegation made similar accusations against Israel.

However, Israel has not sent any delegation to defend itself.
