Pakistan and TTP may mediate again, Taliban – World

Afghan Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid has described the outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) as Pakistan’s “internal matter” and offered that the Islamic Emirate could try to mediate between the two sides if Islamabad wanted.
It should be noted that due to the terrorist activities of the banned organization Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in Pakistan, the tension between Islamabad and Kabul has intensified. Pakistan agrees that the interim government of the Taliban should stop the TPT terrorists from using its territory, while the Taliban has completely rejected Islamabad’s position regarding the presence of terrorists.

In April this year, Pakistan rejected the Kabul government’s suggestion to negotiate with terrorist groups. Mohammad Nabi Omari, deputy interior minister of the interim government of the Taliban in Afghanistan, while addressing an iftar gathering in the southeastern town of Khost, said, “We ask the government of Pakistan and advise the brothers (TTP) who are fighting with and let them talk together.’

In an interview given to Independent Urdu, Zabiullah Mujahid expressed his desire for good relations with Pakistan and said that there is a problem of TTP in Pakistan for the last 20 years and TTP has waged war in Pakistan, in response to which Pakistanis Officials also conducted operations like Zarb-e-Azb, this is Pakistan’s problem and the lack or excess of operations is linked to TTP people.

Zabiullah Mujahid said, “But it is a pity that Afghanistan is blamed for every action, which creates an atmosphere of mistrust.” We want Pakistan’s security agencies to focus on establishing peace. Police, intelligence agencies should focus on establishing peace. Why is Afghanistan being held responsible for the action in Bannu or any other area’?

Describing war as ‘unlikeable’, he said that we do not allow anyone to wage war in another country from Afghanistan.

Zabiullah Mujahid said that if Pakistan has any information, it should share with us where it has problems with Afghanistan, but blaming the media spreads hatred among the people and creates an atmosphere of distrust. And there is harm in that because we want better relations with Pakistan.

In response to a question about the Afghan Taliban playing the role of mediator in the talks with the TTP, Zabiullah Mujahid said, “We can play the role of mediator if Pakistan wants.” If the Pakistani government wants, then we will do our best on the principles of brotherhood.

In addition, he said that the United States does not want the Western countries and the United Nations to recognize our government, we do not do such politics that we are very close to one country and distant from another.

Zabiullah Mujahid said, “We have tried our best to improve relations with the United States, but nothing has come from them, so this is their problem, we cannot wait for it, we have relations with other countries.” will make but it will not be against any other country. We want good relations with everyone’.
