The death of Zoe Yugovaz, the 9-year-old girl who lost her life in the middle of a brutal triple crash that occurred in Berisso, has not only deeply hit the family and friends of the minor, but throughout the Region her departure has caused great pain and sadness.
As this newspaper published in its edition yesterday, the minor died on Thursday followingnoon in an accident that took place on Avenida Presidente Perón (Ex 66) and 143.
Police sources detailed that a taxi, an old van and the motorcycle on which Zoe was riding as a companion were involved in the tragic incident.
Unfortunately, his death was inevitable following suffering serious injuries caused by the impact he suffered when he fell from the vehicle, which, according to the spokesmen, was circulating without a license plate and was driven by a 44-year-old woman.
Although the fact is still under investigation, and the analysis of the skills is awaited to determine what exactly happened, the police reports, plus the witness accounts, suggest that the truck would have touched the motorcycle, causing it to cross the road. the way of the taxi driver who, at that time, was transferring a passenger from La Plata.
In other words, the Dodge 200 would have destabilized the motorcycle Zoe was riding, which crossed the lane as the Fiat Cronos taxi passed in the opposite direction. The impact was deadly for the little girl.
An ambulance from Same and police officers who provided support to the victims were present at the scene.
Unfortunately, as detailed, the girl lost her life on the spot, and medical efforts to save her were in vain.
While it should be noted that the driver of the motorcycle was urgently transferred to the Mario Larrain de Berisso hospital by an ambulance from the Emergency Medical Care Service, where she was hospitalized out of danger.
For the fatal crash, the drivers of the taxi and the truck, two men aged 50 and 49, respectively, were charged with “culpable homicide and culpable injuries.”
UFI No. 14 of La Plata and the Operational Technical Office of the Cuarta de Berisso police station intervened in the case.
Likewise, the prosecutor’s office ordered the kidnapping of the vehicles for expert purposes.

Hours following the end of this year, the tragic death of little Zoe meant a new fatality due to traffic accidents in the Region.
According to a survey by EL DIA, so far there are 69 people who lost their lives in 2022 due to road incidents. This alarming figure coincides with the numbers given by the Province regarding those injured by accidents in the City.

The departure of the under 9-year-old caused a huge wound to her family, friends and relatives who, through social networks, mourned her death.
As this newspaper learned, Zoe Yugovaz worked as an athlete at the Villa San Carlos institution, who expressed: “We deeply regret the physical loss of Zoe Yugovaz, who was an athlete of our institution in the Artistic Skating activity.”
He was also part of the German-Argentine Club of La Plata, who wrote on Facebook: “Today our hearts are broken. We are going to miss you so much Zoe.”
