After a long break, Padmapriya returned to Malayalam cinema with the movie ‘Oru Sudumbhan Thal Kes’ which was released during Onam. Padmapriya played the character of Tani Nadan in this movie. Now Padmapriya has come down in life as Mundumadakikutty Tani Nadan.

Padmapriya is painstakingly bending and straightening the field behind her house to cultivate it. The actress is working in the soil with her oiled hair up. Farmers are also with the star to help.
