  • Oyster…1 piece
  • Pie sheet (frozen)…1 sheet
  • Cream cheese…50g

  • Lemon juice…1 teaspoon

How to make

  1. Bring the cream cheese to room temperature and thaw the puff pastry at room temperature for 10 minutes. Cut the oysters into quarters, remove the stems and skin, and cut into 1cm cubes.
  2. Put oysters from Step 1 and A into a bowl and heat in a 600W microwave for 3 minutes.
  3. Mix 2 lightly, heat in the microwave at 600W for another 2 minutes, and let cool.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry to about 3mm thick, cut into 6 equal pieces, and poke holes all over with a fork, leaving about 1cm around the edges.
  5. Spread cream cheese on the hole in step 4 and place step 3 on top.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 200℃ for about 10 minutes.
