(Alliance News) – OVS Spa announced on Thursday that it had repurchased 350,405 of its own shares between May 11 and May 17, 2023.
The shares were purchased at an average unit price of 2.6994 euros for a total amount of 945,882.93 euros.
Following the transactions carried out so far, OVS holds 16.9 million treasury shares, or 5.8% of the share capital.
OVS is trading in the red 1.4% at 2.60 euros per share.
