The Vorarlberger Wirtschaftsbund was a black box for a long time, but that’s over now: numerous documents from the Ministry of Finance on the cause were delivered to the U-Committee this week. They are also available to STANDARD and ORF Vorarlberg. Among other things, this includes the balance sheets of the ÖVP sub-organization, but also the submitted self-disclosures and individual account statements. The documents suggest that the Wirtschaftsbund Vorarlberg did not transfer more than one million euros in taxes. It is also regarding donations to the ÖVP – these are apparently higher than the party had admitted.
