ÖVP and FPÖ are apparently close to an agreement on a working income in Lower Austria. This can be seen in a press release that was sent out at midnight by the ÖVP Lower Austria. Governor Johanna Mikl-Leitner (ÖVP) was also quoted by the APA agency on Friday night: “In the struggle for solutions, we agreed on measures that will advance Lower Austria.” FPÖ-NÖ leader Udo Landbauer was even clearer: “The negotiations with the ÖVP are over. We have agreed on an ambitious work program in terms of real change and our compatriots,” he said.
