Blizzard announced on the 14th that changes are coming that will bring new experiences to Overwatch 2 overall.

A completely new competitive reward, the Jade Weapon variant, is also introduced. Competitive points earned through Season 8 are converted into past competitive points and used to unlock existing golden weapon variants.
