The American “Forbes” magazine revealed, in its annual list of the highest-paid football players in 2022, that French player Kylian Mbappe topped the list.
Kylian Mbappe (24 years old) became the highest-paid player in 2022, with total earnings of $128 million.
The Paris Saint-Germain star rose 3 places in the list, as he was fourth in 2021 with regarding $ 43 million.
Mbappe joined Paris Saint-Germain in July 2018 from AS Monaco in a transfer deal worth regarding $191 million.
And the “Forbes” list monitored Messi’s second place in the list of the highest-paid players, keeping the same rank since last year.
Messi, 35, received a financial return of $ 120 million last year, compared to $ 110 million in 2021.
