Drama at the slaughterhouses: the alleged perpetrator obtains the electronic bracelet.
On May 9, a tragedy occurred at the slaughterhouses of Anderlechtwhen a 41-year-old butcher worker was stabbed to death during a serious argument with a colleague, which occurred while they were in the refrigerated area.
According to initial information, the fight broke out following one of the protagonists cut his hand with a machine. The alleged perpetrator, according to the same information, had stabbed the colleague “right in the heart”. The mobile, finally, was presented as a “promotional story”. So much wrong information. But if the reality is very different, this one remains particularly heartbreaking.
On the slaughterhouse site, it was going to be 8:40 a.m. this Saturday at the “Amar-K Butcher’s Shop” where a handful of employees were busy, all in white coveralls, cutting meat and serving customers.
The dispute that soon broke out opposed Ishmael, the future victim, 41, and Rachid El B., 42.
The discussion focused on their organization of work, Rachid having asked his colleague to do his work as he would do his. Ishmael, in disagreement, would have replied to Rachid to accomplish the tasks as he wanted, and would have punctuated his remarks by accompanying it with an insult.
