Chartres, March 19, 2024 – OSMOSUN®, a leading player in seawater and brackish water desalination solutions using solar energy, announces that it has been awarded the Euronext IPO Prize 2023 – “Small & Mid Cap” category at the occasion of the 12th edition of the Euronext annual conference, which was held on March 19, 2024 in Paris.
Each year, the Stock Market Grand Prix awarded by Euronext aims to highlight the most significant operations in their sector of activity and to encourage the best practices of the market. For each category, the winner is chosen by a jury of experts taking into account quantitative and qualitative criteria.
During this 2023 edition, 5 prizes were awarded: two in the IPO category (Small & Mid Cap and Large Cap), two for financial operations in shares (Small & Mid Cap and Large Cap), one for issues bondholders.
OSMOSUN won the “Small & Mid Cap” IPO award. This award salutes the success of OSMOSUN’s IPO on the Euronext Growth® market in July 2023. As a reminder, this operation was a great success and allowed OSMOSUN to raise 10.75 million euros. The operation was supported by the historic shareholders of OSMOSUN, by the OKwind group, by leading institutional investors and by a significant number of individual investors. Overall demand thus represented 1.6 times the initial supply.
