Oscar Properties can’t pay its debts – the Crown Bailiff finds no assets in the company. Now the company is being asked for bankruptcy, writes Expressen.

Oscar Properties has been in financial trouble for a long time.

Last month, a condominium association in Norra tornen filed for bankruptcy of the company.

Now comes the next bang, reports The Express.

“We always go by the book”

It is DSAM Sverige AB, another real estate company, that is now asking Oscar Properties for bankruptcy.

– It concerns a property deal where Oscar Properties backed out, they did not complete the deal. It’s actually money that should go to the brokers for the deal that didn’t go through. We don’t know if they have money or not. But we always go “by the book”, says CEO Daniel Özboyaci to the newspaper.

The bailiff has not found money or other values ​​at Oscar Properties.

Chairman: Tough – but fighting on

Oscar Properties chairman Peter Norman is aware of the bankruptcy threat but does not want to comment on the current debt.

– We are in a tight spot like everyone else in the industry with regard to interest rate increases and other things. We are having a tough time, but we are fighting as hard as we can, says Norman to Expressen.
