More than half of US companies are offering specific mental and emotional health programs for their employees. The focus on the global welfare of workers seems to be an unstoppable trend. “Traditionally, health and well-being have been associated more with the physical part, and not so much importance has been given to emotional well-being or mental health,” explains Picazo. “In 2016 we already launched the BeHealthy initiative, which has four basic pillars: healthy eating, physical activity, self-knowledge of your own health status and balance yourself”.
