It is the property company Peter Eriksson Fastighets AB that requested Parkgate into bankruptcy due to a non-payment of SEK 40 million following an arbitration award.

On Monday morning, the proceedings began in the district court, where Oscar Engelbert was summoned, but he never appeared despite the service summons being sent both to his private home address and email address. A summons was also sent to Parkgate, but that letter was returned to the district court.
Since Engelbert did not appear, the district court proceedings on the bankruptcy had to be postponed.
To Expressen, Peter Eriksson says that Engelbert deliberately stays away.
