Dr. Osama Hamdi, Professor of Internal Medicine and Diabetes at Harvard University in the United States, revealed that the cure for diabetes has become possible through careful programs to treat the patient in the first 5 years of infection, pointing out that it is a diet that contains intermittent fasting for 16 hours over a period of 90 days. He pointed out that the most important types of sports are muscle stretching for 10 minutes, and brisk walking for 10 minutes, which positively affects the heart muscle.
Hamdi revealed that diabetes is classified into two types, noting that the danger of the first type that affects patients at a young age, as it is considered an immune disease, and the second type is divided into five types, one of which is characterized by increased immunity to insulin resistance, and the other is related to obesity.
