Rin Takai (28), a former employee of a life insurance company, killed Naoko Takai (54), who was adopted at a house in Takatsuki City, Osaka, by drowning her in a bathtub last July. was arrested on suspicion of murder and other charges on August 25.

According to the police and other sources, following being arrested, he was detained in a detention facility at the Osaka Fukushima Police Station. It means they found him hanging.

When he was found, he was unconscious and in a state of cardiopulmonary arrest and was rushed to the hospital by ambulance.
