Discussions focused in particular on equal treatment in terms of public expression, hence the decision to grant four spaces of 4,000 characters each to the different components of the assembly: to the majority, and to the three currents of ‘opposition. “The constituent groups of the municipal council are appreciated at the time of the elections”, specified the mayor in response to the opponent Luis-Miguel Conejero, who wondered regarding the possibility of a distinct space of expression devolved to elected officials. of Sainte-Suzanne from the majority, but in internal dissent for months.

The reaction of Valérie Marquehosse, elected on the mayor’s list and on the advisory council of Sainte-Suzanne, was not long in coming. Disagreeing on the investments allocated to her associated municipality – she and the deputy mayor Anita Beuste did not approve the last two budgets of the City – she expressed her “disappointment” at not having been consulted on the future body of communication: “Beyond the fact that you do not want information on the associated municipality to appear in this magazine, Anita Beuste and I find it very damaging to have been excluded from this meeting”, she said. lamented. “I consulted the various groups resulting from the elections, reiterated the mayor.
