A near-death experience “

It was following 12 days of hospitalization that the actor was released on crutches.
A terrible ordeal which had a strong impact on his mental health when he returned home. “The months following this accident were rather dark. As I had always had a very active life, I suddenly felt very limited. And then I suffered a lot, ”he says. “Mental health is particularly complex because it is not visible,” he adds. It is really essential to reach out to others, to talk to them, to find someone with whom to establish the communication that will make it possible to change and evolve. This isn’t the first time Orlando Bloom has spoken regarding the day he nearly lost his life. On his Instagram account, the actor had shared a photo of him dating from 1998. On the picture, he appeared with an imposing corset. “I am grateful every day for my members who allow me to push my limits and live my life as I hear it (by being more careful)”, he had captioned.
