Peerapong Jaroon-ek, Chief Executive Officer of ORI, said the company has filed a debt securities offering information report and draft prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Commission. to issue and offer for sale debentures in the name of the holders Unsubordinated, unsecured, and has a debenture holder representative to general investors (Public Offering)
There are 4 debentures issued this time, namely:
- 1 year old model, the interest rate is 3.00% per year.
- 2 years old model, the interest rate is 3.50% per year.
- 3-year model, interest rate is 3.95% per year.
- 4 year old model, interest rate is 4.25% per year.
The financial institution that manages the debentures is Krung Thai Bank. Kasikorn Bank, CIMB Thai Bank, Kiatnakin Phatra Securities, Asia Plus Securities and Yuanta Securities (Thailand)
The company will use the proceeds from this offering of debentures. to be used to repay the bonds that are due and used as working capital for business operation and further expansion of the Company’s business
Mr. Peerapong also added that in the year 65, the company plans to launch 19 new condo projects with a total value of more than 28.6 billion baht, which will make the company a leader in the market that opened the most condo projects this year. Covering all price and lifestyle segments

In this regard, the Board of Directors has resolved to approve the plan for issuance and offering of newly issued ordinary shares of Primo Service Solution Public Company Limited (PRI), a subsidiary in which ORI holds 100% of the paid-up capital. Initial public offering (IPO) and listing PRI in the Stock Exchange of Thailand in accordance with the Company’s spin-off plan by submitting the IPO registration statement and the draft prospectus for the offering of newly issued ordinary shares to Public for the first time (IPO) to the Securities and Exchange Commission. It was completed on July 27, 2022 in the past.
