The first organic vegetable store for schools in the Morges region has just been inaugurated in Bremblens, at market gardener Vincent Keuffer.

On the menu of the Morgian school canteen, we now find plates filled with local and organic products. Indeed, the first organic vegetable store in French-speaking Switzerland, inaugurated this week in Bremblens, will this year deliver some 50 tonnes of fruit and vegetables to several sites of Novae, a company which manages school and business restaurants.
