Orezone Gold Corporation announced that, following its press release dated October 11, 2023, the Company has filed an independent technical report under National Instrument 43-101 entitled “Bombore Phase II Expansion, Definitive Feasibility Study” (the ” EF”). The EF was prepared for Orezone by staff at Lycopodium Mineral Canada Ltd. and other industry consultants, each of whom is a “qualified person” within the meaning of National Instrument 43-101 and considered “independent” of the Company under section 1.5 of National Instrument 43-101.
