J20 National cont’s men have a new league leader: Örebro Hockey J20. The team faced Linköping at home, in Behrn Arena, on Wednesday and won 5-1 (1-0, 1-0, 3-1). Örebro Hockey J20 is on the same points as AIK in the table. Linköping is in ninth place.
– A little rusty following the national team break, but overall a good performance from us today. It’s great to be up and running with the match once more, thought Örebro Hockey J20’s coach Oscar Dahlgren, following the match.
This means that Örebro Hockey J20 now has six victories in a row in J20 National cont’s men.
Örebro Hockey J20 took the lead following 15 minutes of play, through Liam Danielsson assisted by Kalle Carlsson and Albin Arvidsson. After 6:09 in the second period, Kalle Carlsson netted, played by Lukas Sagranden and Tim Almgren and made it 2-0. Örebro Hockey J20 had the upper hand in the third period. The team opened the scoring following 2.53 through Lukas Sagranden, and went up 4-0 before Linköping responded.
The final result was 5-1 in Örebro Hockey J20’s favour.
Örebro Hockey J20 impresses with five wins and 29-7 in goal difference in the last five games, while Linköping has one win and four losses and 8-18 in goal difference.
