The judgment said that the investigating officer had no evidence to name the petitioner in the case, the petitioner was implicated in the Gujranwala case on the basis of malice.

The judgment said that the petitioner is immediately discharged from the case, the Deputy Prosecutor General stated that no further case is registered once morest Sanam Javed, it is malicious to name the petitioner repeatedly in the same type of case.

In the court decision, it was said that arresting the petitioner repeatedly following his release is defeating the judicial system, despite being in jail, detention orders were issued for the petitioner, Deputy Commissioner Lahore and Gujranwala played a role in the detention orders. .

According to the decision, the court is not taking action once morest the deputy commissioners by showing magnanimity, it is hoped that the deputy commissioners will not disappoint the court in the future.
