According to Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orban, EU heads of state and government should not try to bring regarding a decision on EU accession talks with Ukraine at the upcoming EU summit. In a letter to EU Council President Charles Michel, Orban writes that “the apparent lack of consensus” would “inevitably lead to failure.” The summit will take place in Brussels on December 14th and 15th.
