Saturday June 17, 2023 from 7:45 p.m., 5,000 runners will start the first night relay marathon, in the capital, organized by Orange, with the support of Paris 2024. On this occasion, Orange is giving away 1,000 bibs for the Marathon For All of Paris 2024.
Premium partner of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Orange is also the sole official sponsor of the Marathon Pour Tous, the first event in the history of the Games open to the general public.
While the 2024 Paris Marathon for All will be run over two distances to choose from: 10km or 42.195km, a loop steeped in history, linking Paris to Versailles, the Orange Night Run is a unique opportunity for nearly 1,000 teams, made up of 5 people, to prepare for the Marathon pour Tous. The runners will have to complete a 5,274m loop 8 times, which will take them from the Hôtel de Ville to the Quais de Seine, passing under the Pont d’Arcole, the Pont Notre-Dame, the Pont au Change, the Pont Neuf , etc. This unique experience of night running will allow 1000 participants to live an exceptional experience, but also to win their bib for the race of a lifetime: the Marathon Pour Tous de Paris 2024.
The route of the Orange Night Run has been designed to make this moment accessible to everyone, regardless of level or disability, in a unique atmosphere with the support of the public throughout the course.
The registration – free – of the teams is accessible here:
Orange is developing a collective approach to running where everyone can find advice, encouragement and inspiration from the other. With Team Orange Running, Orange wants to give everyone the opportunity to fulfill their dream: one day run the Marathon Pour Tous Paris 2024.
Caroline Guillaumin, Executive Director of Orange Communications “The Orange Night Run is an exceptional opportunity to prepare, one year before, for the mythical event of the Marathon pour Tous Paris 2024. An event that Orange is particularly proud to support and support as the sole Official Sponsor. We imagined the Orange Night Run taking into account the promise of “everyone connected” and giving pride of place to the collective. Offering 5,000 runners the opportunity to win their bib for the Marathon Pour Tous de Paris 2024 through this unique night race in Paris allows us to fully assume our role as operator: connecting people to each other. »
The Orange Night Run will also be an opportunity to highlight the work carried out by Orange with its ecosystem of partner associations around topics related to professional integration, particularly in working-class neighborhoods. As part of the Orange Night Run, several teams will be made up of beneficiaries and volunteers from these associations, to share a new joint achievement, this time around running. The Orange Night Run has made team parity a participation rule. Thus, the 1,000 participating teams will each have to present at least two women at the start. This special feature at registration will enable Paris 2024 to fulfill its commitment to parity, at the start of the Marathon Pour Tous.
