After cardiac arrest
In an observational study from Japan, in the overall group of patients with shockable cardiac arrest, the chance of a good neurological result fell with the number of out-of-hospital defibrillation attempts. Surprisingly, however, the reverse was true in patients who received epinephrine during resuscitation.
