In implementation of the directives of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Health and Population, and in implementation of the instructions of Dr. Khaled Gamal Abdel Ghani, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Menoufia, on the need to follow up around the clock the initiative of His Excellency the President, the “100 Health Days” campaign in all medical departments at the governorate level during the Eid period, in the main fields and units Fixed and mobile medical teams.
Dr. Rasha Khader, the deputy director of the directorate, followed up on the campaign’s work on the first day of Eid al-Adha, and ensured that the initiatives’ services were optimally provided by the mobile teams and the one in the health center in Shebeen El-Kom.
It is worth noting that the campaign is witnessing an intensification of the provision of health services in all fixed and mobile units, centers and teams. All presidential initiatives and services of basic care and reproductive health units are covered in order to improve health care for citizens.
The “100 Days of Health” campaign aims to intensify the provision of health services over a period of one hundred days, as well as to provide the services of the previous initiatives through primary care units, as well as through mobile teams, treatment convoys and family planning vehicles, from maternal and fetal health care initiatives for pregnant women, detection and treatment Hearing aids for newborns, the initiative to examine those who are regarding to get married, and health care for the elderly, through primary care units at the governorate level, in addition to examining premature babies for genetic diseases, and diagnostic and referral services for schoolchildren who are likely to suffer from malnutrition diseases.
It has ensured the provision of services for maternal and fetal health initiatives, the audiology initiative, the upcoming marriage initiative, and reviewed medical registration and the availability of medicines and medical supplies.
