Opposition in Boconó will hold a caravan for the freedom of Venezuela to kick off the presidential campaign

According to an official press release, as the electoral campaign begins, this Thursday, July 4, the Boconó Command with Venezuela, which promotes the candidate Edmundo González, calls for a large caravan that will travel through the main streets of the municipality.

The meeting and departure point is in the Los Pantanos sector, starting at 2 p.m., and ending on Carlos José Milani Avenue.

The coordinator of the campaign in the municipality, Belsy Lozano, invites civil society and all the unions that are active in Boconó to join in this demonstration of support for Edmundo González, for change and for freedom.

The national leader of the opposition, María Corina Machado, called for caravans in Caracas and throughout the country to officially kick off the presidential campaign. She will travel through the capital city from Chacaíto to El Márquez.

Machado calls on Venezuelans to participate and demonstrate the strength of the “citizen movement” that has been forming throughout the country and whose objective is “to recover democracy and freedom.”
