opponents and supporters tied on ‘Lex Netflix’, poll finds

Opinions on the “Lex Netflix” are still very divided. If the Swiss had voted last week, she would have been accepted on the wire, according to a poll published on Monday.

According to this survey carried out on behalf of Tamedia, 49% of those questioned would have approved the revision of the law on cinema, 47% would have rejected it. Four percent are still undecided. Compared to the first poll, the no camp has improved by three percentage points

For the law on organ donation, 62% of respondents are for, 36% once morest and 2% gave no indication of their voting intentions. Concerning Switzerland’s increased participation in the European agency Frontex, 61% of those questioned say they want to accept it and 32% reject it. Seven percent do not yet know what they will vote for. For these two objects, the trends have not changed compared to the last survey.

Romands for the law on transplantation

Regarding the law on transplantation, all parties except the UDC subscribe to it. The yes receives strong support in French-speaking Switzerland, where 74% of those questioned are clearly or rather for it.

For the development of Frontex, the poll reveals absolute majorities not only among supporters of the PLR, PVL and Center, but also among those of the PS. Nearly 60% of socialist sympathizers say they want to vote definitely or rather yes, although the party has recommended no.

Opinions are also divided among supporters of the SVP and the Greens: 48% of those of the SVP and 47% among the Greens are in favor of a higher contribution from Switzerland to Frontex, contrary to the watchwords of their respective parties.
