The China Telecom website listed the OPPO A2 Pro 5G, bringing images, part of its specifications and price. It promises to reach the market as a complete intermediary with good value for money.
Previously, tipster Digital Chat Station had revealed that it would be released in September 15thsuggesting that China Telecom got ahead of itself.
The OPPO A2 Pro 5G has a 6.7-inch screen with FullHD+ resolution, but the listing does not reveal whether it is LCD or OLED or the refresh rate. If it inherits the specifications of its predecessor, it will probably be OLED and have 120 Hz.
Under the hood, the device features the MT6877TT eight-core platform, known by its commercial name as Dimensity 7050. It has up to 12 GB of RAM and a maximum internal storage of 512 GB.
In terms of photography, the cell phone has a dual camera module with a 64-megapixel main sensor and a 2-megapixel portrait assistant. For selfies and video calls, it has an 8 megapixel front sensor.
For power, there is a 5,000 mAh battery unit with unspecified charging speed. In terms of dimensions, the device measures 162.66 × 74.28 × 7.9 millimeters and weighs 190 grams.
Lastly, China Telecom revealed that the 8GB and 256GB model will cost ¥2.099 (~R$ 1.430)while the most powerful variant with 12 GB and 512 GB will come out at ¥2.499 (~R$ 1.700). Sales are scheduled to begin in September 22. The OPPO A2 Pro will be available in Vast Black, Desert Brown and Dusk Cloud Purple.
In the coming days, the OPPO A2 Pro 5G will be duly announced and its complete technical sheet will be revealed, in addition to the Chinese manufacturer specifying in which countries it will be available.
