Today (12 April 2022), the COVID-19 Information Center reports that 19,982 additional cases of COVID-19 in Thailand have been reported, 1,702,419 total cases since April 1, 28,057 additional recoveries, 1,493,672 cumulative recoveries, 237,399 recoveries. 101 people died, including 608 (elderly, pregnant women, and risk group 7 chronic diseases) of 98 people have not received a booster shot, 95 people
Recently, Thailand has accumulated 131,325,546 doses of vaccination, the first dose, which is 55,940,125 people (80.4% of the population), the second dose, 50,610,252 people (72.8% of the population) and the third dose, which is 24,775,169 people (25.6% of the population).
Currently, there are 2,056 pneumonia patients in hospital, 885 intubated, bed occupancy rate 30.0%. The top 10 provinces with pneumonia patients being treated in hospitals are Bangkok 225 and Nakhon Ratchasima 90. Samut Prakan 80 persons, Chonburi 68 persons, Suphan Buri 63 persons, Kanchanaburi 58 persons, Nakhon Si Thammarat 56 persons, Buriram 55 persons, Chiang Rai 54 persons and Ratchaburi 47 persons.
While the highest number of infected people in 10 provinces are Bangkok with 3,339 people, Nonthaburi 884 people, Chonburi 791 people, Nakhon Pathom 736 people, Samut Prakan 724 people, Samut Sakhon 544 people, Khon Kaen 527 people, Buriram 489 people, Nakhon Si Thammarat 478 people and Rayong 433 people.
