The OPEC+ member states that voluntarily cut their oil production in the first quarter of the year, have agreed to extend their production cuts for the second quarter as well, sources announced today.
According to iefimerida, last November the member states of OPEC+ under the Russia agreed to voluntary production cuts of around 2.2 million barrels per day (bpd) for the first quarter of the year led by Saudi Arabia in its decision to voluntarily cut production per day.
