The rumors surrounding a possible move from ÖFB team boss Ralf Rangnick to FC Bayern Munich continue.
Accordingly, the most famous German football talk show Sport1-“Doppelpass” also took up the topic. In order to not only get the opinions of German greats such as Mario Basler, OÖN editor Harald Bartl was invited to the show.
“I can understand it if FC Bayern calls, you have to walk to Munich if you are the coach of the Austrian national team. But I wouldn’t be so sure regarding Ralf Rangnick,” said the OÖN football expert red-white-red view once more.
“Bringing in a Ralf Rangnick requires being able to shape things,” Bartl continued. At the ÖFB he has a lot of creative freedom. “That is also the purpose – and also the reason why he likes it here,” explains the ÖFB insider.
