Only one student graduates from a primary school in Chiapas (VIDEO)

CHIAPAS.- Alone, a Primary school student graduated in a community school in the municipality of Copainaláin the Mezcalapa region of Chiapas, reported authorities from the state Education Secretariat.

The fact was Captured on video and shared on social mediawhere she caught the attention of users, who congratulated the recent graduate.

Educational authorities specified that the sixth grade graduation was at the school Brother Victor Maria Flores from the Santa Catalina community.

Florelinda Ramírez Reyes, the teacher and director of the school, organized the graduation for the only student who finished the sixth grade of primary school. The ceremony for the graduate included the school yard decorationa musical background in the form of a waltz and the formal presentation of the certificate.

In the video circulating on social media, the student is seen wearing a blue dress and carrying a bouquet of flowers as she walks around the venue to the rhythm of a waltz to the applause of the sparse crowd.

It was not reported why only the teenager completed primary school.

The Santa Catalina community is inhabited by 345 locals of the Zoque ethnic group. It has a preschool education center and the Fray Víctor María Flores school, according to the state education department.
