Only equal to RTX 3050? Intel Arc A730M high-end graphics card game measured exposure, the screen often freezes

Earlier, it was revealed that the 3DMark test results of Intel’s high-end Notebook graphics card Arc A730M are comparable to the Mobile version of RTX 3070, which is quite surprising in terms of results. However, it is also said that the actual game experience is quite bad, the performance is only equivalent to the castrated version of the RTX 3060 90W, and the screen is frequently stuck.

Just now, some netizens exposed the actual game results of Arc A730M. He tested three games in total, each with two resolutions. The Noteobook used is the “Dawning 16” of the Chinese brand mechanic.

Under the 1080p high-definition setting, the average FPS of “Metro Exodus” and “F1 2020” are 70FPS and 123FPS respectively, while “Assassin’s Creed Odyssey” is only 38FPS. After switching to the high quality of 2K resolution, it is 55FPS, 95FPS and 32FPS respectively.

In contrast, the performance of Arc A730M in “Metro Exodus” is roughly equivalent to the mobile version of the RTX 3060, while “F1 2020” and “Assassin’s Creed Odyssey” are only equivalent to the mid-to-low-end RTX 3050. At the same time, the average FPS is only one aspect, and the minimum FPS is also an important indicator. At each resolution of “Metro Exodus” and “Assassin’s Creed Odyssey”, the minimum is less than 10FPS, which seriously affects the smoothness of the game.

Perhaps these performance differences have a lot to do with the driver, but from the pictures it can be seen that the new Arc’s control center screen is quite well designed.
