As expected, sales of Apple Watches Series 9 e Ultra 2which had been suspended in the United States, were resumed in the American Apple Store Online — and, since yesterday (12/27), also in physical Apple stores in various parts of the country.

In fact, there does not appear to be any limitation regarding the availability of both models on the website, with practically all of their variations currently in stock.
Next steps
As we reported, the US International Trade Commission (International Trade Commissionor ITC) has until January 10th to submit a response to the request for a complete stay of the decision banning the Apple Watches in question from the US — and other parties have until 1/15 to send letters supporting or opposing the import/sales ban .
If the appeals court rules in favor of Apple, the ban on the sale and import of these models will be paused throughout the appeals process — which could take months. If the court does not rule in favor of Apple, the ban must be reinstated.
This way, Apple can continue to sell its smartwatches in the country — at least until the appeals court makes a final decision.
