Dementie.nl, a platform dedicated to supporting informal caregivers and individuals living with dementia, is seeking a passionate Online Editor to join their team. We strive to empower people through practical and emotional support, offering a comprehensive online platform with valuable information, helpful tips, inspiring stories, and a vibrant online community.
Your Role
As an Online Editor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that Dementie.nl provides the highest quality information and a positive user experience for visitors. You’ll work collaboratively with other editors, updating existing content, crafting engaging new content, and searching for fresh perspectives that resonate with the platform’s target audience.
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will be a strong writer and editor with a proven ability to present information clearly and comprehensibly.
You will have:
- Completed higher professional education in a relevant field such as communications, journalism, or content marketing.
- Several years of experience as an online editor, demonstrating experience crafting engaging and informative content for a web audience.
- A talent for presenting content attractively and clearly, incorporating visual elements to enhance the user experience.
- Strong written communication skills, capable of writing compelling content at a B1 level.
- Empathy and an affinity for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers.
