One UI 6.1 is undoubtedly one of the most interesting versions of Samsung’s system to date, and March could bring us news. Let’s remember that some older phones will receive this update this year.
Hey, el tipster Benit Burner in X has found a supposed timeline for the arrival of this new version of One UI.
Additionally, insider Tarun Vats has also weighed in, predicting two possible release windows for One UI 6.1 on older Galaxy phones. Specifically, Vats guessed that the update will arrive on the Galaxy S23 series, the Galaxy S22 range, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and the Galaxy Z Fold 5 from March 11 to 13 or March 18 to 20.
Of course, Vats reiterates that these are only predictions and not confirmed release dates. In any case, it seems that owners of older Galaxy phones will have to wait at least a few weeks before One UI 6.1 arrives on their devices.
Samsung hasn’t provided much information about what specific Galaxy AI features will be available on older phones. In any case, it seems that March is going to bring us quite a few new features with One UI 6.1.
