An unknown person shot and killed one person at a party in the city of San Bernardino, California, late Friday evening (local time), several US media reported, citing local police. Nine other people were reportedly injured, but their lives are not in danger.

According to reports, the crime happened in a shisha bar where around 100 guests had celebrated and on the site of a gas station. The police initially did not report any arrests. A motive has not yet been mentioned.

Just a week ago, a gunman shot dead ten people and injured three others with an assault rifle in the city of Buffalo, New York. According to investigators, the crime was racially motivated. Eleven of the 13 victims were black.
