The bailiff filed the act of notification of his removal from the electoral lists on September 20 at the town hall of Dakar-Plateau, informs Le Quotidien. Les Echos, for its part, informs that the notification document was submitted to the sub-prefecture of Dakar-Plateau, due to lack of a receiver.
