This comes at a time when the Palestinian factions in Tubas warned the security services affiliated with the Palestinian Authority against continuing to dismantle their explosive devices, and indicated that these devices operate “with a wireless detonation system, and this exposes the lives of those who dismantle our devices to danger. In order to preserve lives, we warn against touching our devices and we disclaim responsibility for any damage resulting from them while the Authority is trying to dismantle them.”
