To 15min contacted a reader who claimed that Luminor Bank’s e-mail there is no payment import option left in banking.

“It has completely disappeared from the box on the left in the ‘payments’ section.” We import payments from there. The bank’s response: “We have an incident, we are trying to fix it, please wait,” the reader wrote.

According to her, this function is needed when, for example, salaries need to be paid.

“In the accounting program, you create orders, import according to order numbers and send one document to the bank. Thus, about 60 orders appear in the bank. You don’t need to bank every transaction with bank accounts etc. We also pay the bills at the supplier,” explained the reader.

Indrė Baltrušaitytė, representative of Luminor Bank 15min confirmed that such a disorder is fixed.

“Colleagues are working to eliminate this problem as soon as possible, and we apologize for the temporary inconvenience. We hope this feature will be restored soon. It should be emphasized that this functionality is used only by customers with business accounts, so it does not affect retail banking customers,” commented the representative of the bank.
