One is out of jail and the other is contesting elections to avoid jail: Bilawal Bhutto

Chairman of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari says that the People’s Party has done public politics in every era, we are contesting elections for the public interest, while politicians are fighting for one to get out of jail and the other to escape from jail. He is contesting the election.

Bilawal Bhutto while addressing the workers’ convention in Kohat has said that PPP has always fought against poverty and represented the weaker sections. The solution to the economic, political, democratic and human rights crisis is in the PP manifesto and the solution to all the problems of the country is in the ideology of the leader of the people.

Chairman PPP said that no athlete or political party can compete with the People’s Party. We have no political opponents, we are fighting inflation, poverty and unemployment. People’s Party is the only party which represents the people and not the elite, the people will support us and we will bury the old and divisive politics on February 8.

He said that PP politics is for public interest. We are going to the election to benefit the people. We are contesting elections to provide free health facilities to the people, to introduce Benazir Card across the country, to give rights to the laborers and farmers, to increase the Benazir Income Support Program, while the agenda of other political parties is personal interest. Some are fighting elections to get out of jail and some are fighting to escape from jail.

Bilawal said that even today Bhutto is alive and will remain in KP, we were threatened to come here and hold a workers’ convention and it was even said that terrorists are roaming in KP but I said that we are not going to bow down. PPK members stand with the party in difficult times, you have proved that PPK members are always ready for elections by holding successful conventions.
