According to Het Laatste Nieuws, the victims are a father and his son. Aged regarding fifty years, the father died on the spot. His son was slightly injured. He was still hospitalized. They are both from Herstal, in the province of Liège.
The driver involved, a lady from Juprelle, was also taken to hospital in shock.
