In 2023, the drug war in Marseille killed forty-nine people, or nearly one death per week. Between November 2023 and January 2024, our journalist Gilles Rof and photographer Guillaume Origoni returned to the scene of these murders, where the scars of the tragedies are still visible and the trauma of the inhabitants palpable.
