One billion dirhams daily transactions of Dubai real estate

Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than one billion dirhams, as the department witnessed, on Wednesday, the registration of 347 pledges of 684.58 million dirhams, of which 49 pledges of allegiance to land valued at 237.66 million dirhams and 298 sales of apartments and villas worth 446.91 million dirhams.
The most important land pledges of 60 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, followed by a pledge of 33 million dirhams in the gardens of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, followed by a pledge of 10 million dirhams in the fourth Habiya area.
Al Habiya Fifth District topped the regions in terms of the number of allegiances, with 20 pledges worth 49 million dirhams, followed by Jebel Ali First area with 9 pledges of 21 million dirhams, and the third in Al Yafra 2 with 5 pledges of 6 million dirhams.
With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 36 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area was the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of 16 million dirhams in the Gardens of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid area, and finally a pledge of 11 million dirhams in the Island 2 area.

As for donations, it witnessed the registration of 8 donations worth 7.53 million dirhams, the most important of which were in Wadi Al-Safa 6, worth two million dirhams, and another in Zabeel II, worth one million dirhams.
