One and a half acres owned by Dubai government to build headquarters for KMCC

Dubai: Government of Dubai has given land to KMCC to build its headquarters. One and a half acre of land was allotted in Rashidi. KMCC Board of Directors members signed the MoU for land acquisition. Headquarters building and auditorium will be constructed here. President of KMCC Ibrahim Elate said that the land was obtained as a result of the efforts of businessman M.A. Yousafali. The KMCC office is currently functioning in a rented building in Abu Hail. KMCC is an organization that works with the approval of the Community Development Authority of the Government of Dubai, where organizations do not have permission to operate. Ibrahim Elate also said that the organization’s exemplary activities, including during the Covid crisis, have won the government’s approval. Ibrahim Alatil, who expressed his acceptance of the party’s action in removing the KMCC president, said that Dubai KMCC is a recognized committee that operates according to the laws of the UAE and there is no politics here. According to the CDA Act, the term of the Board of Directors of KMCC is two years. After that, elections will be held and new office bearers will come, he said. He said that the main achievement was that the organization got the land to build its headquarters and the dispute over his position was not important.
